Copying templates

Hi. If you're going to copy templates from other wikis, please include edit-summary attribution with a wikilink or hyperlink to where you copied it from. I'll probably go through your contribs later and back-import the templates you've copied, but you shouldn't rely on that, as technically it's a copyright violation (albeit a curable one) to just copy the contents.

Also, there's no need to copy documentation pages. If people want to translate doc pages, that's great, but otherwise we shouldn't be hosting a copy that's both not in this wiki's language and doomed to drift out of sync with the source language. Instead, just stick {{sona kipisi pi toki ante}} on the doc page; it links to the template in the source language. • I don't just copy their contents though. If you compare the source of e.g. template:columns with the source of en:template:div col, you'll see that it's not identical code. Sapphaline (toki) 2025-12-02T19:52:21 (UTC)
